120x120x3 mm welded, hot-dipped. Double glazed aluminum (doors and windows). The walls, roof, floor all rainproofed, windproofed, sound proofed. Weather‑treated hard wood exterior. White pine interior.
2) Hotel‑esque Units
The type of furniture you’d find in a boutique inn. Reading lamps on both sides of the bed. A coffee bar (comptoir) with ceramic mugs. Storage that isn’t a plastic bin. Everything is chosen so guests feel looked after not like they’re camping and not like they’re in a sterile hotel room. Somewhere that feels right.
3) Modular. Expandable.
