The "Combtoir” SINGLE UNIT
The Single Unit is a standalone unit. The first cell of the hive. You can add a Double or Triple later, side by side or stacked. Same foundation. Same structure.
A bed facing the glass. A coffee bar beneath the window. A bathroom around the corner. This is not camping. This is a small hotel room that happens to have a forest outside.
What’s included with the Single Unit:
• Bed Standard or Apitherapy‑inspired Beebed
• Coffee bar counter (The Comptoir), with built‑in heater
• Bathroom, toilet, sink, shower
• Small fridge, for drinks, leftovers, breakfast supplies
• Hotel‑esque furniture, mattress, reading lamps, towel hooks, storage
• Double glazed aluminum windows, floor‑to‑ceiling on facade
•Full insulation: rainproof, windproof, silent
• Hard oak exterior + white pine interior + 120mm steel frame

The "Lookout” DOUBLE UNITS
The Double is two units stacked. Same footprint as Single. Same foundation. No extra slab. The steel frame is pre‑rated for vertical expansion.
Downstairs, you live. Upstairs, you melt. Soaking the view through the double glazed windows. A bedroom that floats above the trees. This is not a smart ecoliving unit. This is a vertical retreat.

Triple is three units stacked. Same footprint as Single. Same foundation. The 120mm steel bars are engineered for three units high, no additional supports needed.
Level one you live. Level two soak in a tub beneath a double glazed window. Level three you sleep at the treetops. The highest expression of Combtoir. Vertical journey where every floor has a view.

The View is not a name, but a description.
Standalone zero-carbon WikiHouse system. Roof tilted toward the sun for optimal angle, max generation, min waste. Off-grid from day one.
Bed facing the glass facade, the COMBTOIR Signature Coffee Bar, and a compact private bathroom. This is a Hotel-esque room with a view to the trees and a power plant on top.
Just plug and play.
